]]>Personal growth and self development through Sir Brian Sterling’s Mental Martial Arts suggests that unless we have clearly defined and realistic targets and goals in life, love and business, then you’ll never reach them. This is in exactly the same way you will never be able to reach a target you can’t see or you don’t have!

]]>Personal growth and self development through Sir Brian Sterling’s Mental Martial Arts suggests that even though we may be nothing more than a tiny speck, a grain of sand or a droplet of water in the vast ocean of life and in the universe, however, it really does seem that some of those drops sparkle. People are always people, however some people are special, they stand alone against adversity, they inspire, they lead, they love, they sparkle in the darkness and they are good.
Once, there might have been a fleeting wisp of glory, a time when words and deeds mattered, they coincided and they inspired. What is done in this spirit should always be remembered.

]]>Personal growth and self development, through Sir Brian Sterling’s Mental Martial Arts, prepare themselves in advance for any eventuality in life, love and business, and some may perhaps criticise them for this.
The same criticism is often brought to bear against our political leadership when it chooses to maintain a strong military defence policy, even during a time of peace.
History is littered with instances when the populous or the government of a nation thought it unnecessary to maintain a strong national defence policy. The result? The nation was almost invariably attacked or invaded.
Those nations which maintained a strong defence policy, have usually not.
As the late, great former US president Roosevelt once quoted the African proverb; ‘speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far’ – very wise words.
Sir Brian Sterling, author and creator of his system of Mental Martial arts once said: ‘Being a highly trained martial artist doesn’t mean that you are a violent person, nor does it mean that a militarily well armed nation is automatically going to use those arms and become a violent nation.
After all, every woman has all the right physical equipment, and is therefore armed to be a hooker or a porn star, but it doesn’t automatically follow that she is or will become one…….’
